Return and Exchange Policy

For returns please contact us at sales@peachysdream.com.au with your reason and order number along with your contact details! 

Products must have tags attached and must be unworn and unwashed. 

We do not offer exchange or returns for sale items. 

We do not offer exchange or return for Pooch Pouches unless product is faulty and will only honour this within the first 30 days. Wear and Tear is not a fault.

We offer sizing exchange/return for harnesses & collars within the first 30 days.

For Handmade accessories products we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.
